Internal Engine Coatings
TECH LINE makes a full range of power-enhancing and protective coatings for internal engine parts. Some coatings are available to the “do-it-yourselfer” but most are being applied by hundreds of professional coating shops worldwide, giving everyone the opportunity to benefit from these advanced technologies.
Exhaust System Coatings
TECH LINE exhaust system coatings are designed to maintain adhesion at temperatures above the normal operating range of an exhaust system. Unless otherwise indicated, temperatures given refer to the base metal temperature that a coating can normally be expected to handle. Depending on the resin system, Tech Line’s coatings designed for exhaust systems, can handle base metal temperatures in excess of 2000°F. Color change can be expected at lower temperatures with many of the coatings. A color change does not necessarily reflect a failure of the coating, as color stability is secondary to the protective function. Several colors have maintained color stability to base metal temperatures in excess of 1600°F. The application of a base coat can raise the color stability of all exhaust system coatings. Many of these coatings require full cure at 750°F for one hour.

Transmission/Rear End/Assembly Lubricants Advanced Technology Lubricants. Tech Line’s GEL TECH™ lubricants are specially formulated to provide Ultra High Anti-Wear and Anti-Scuff properties.

Tech Line Coatings Inc. manufactures a variety of coatings that fit no specific category. Listed below are such “Specialty Coatings.” Such coatings are constantly being formulated and tested for new applications. The impetus for such development comes mainly from new applications that our customers find a need for. Please feel free to ask about coatings under development. Thermal Management Coatings
Tech Line specializes in the manufacturer of Thermal Management Coatings. These coatings, both Thermal Barrier and Thermal Dispersant Coatings, help manage the flow of heat, reducing and in some cases eliminating the need for auxiliary devices.

DiamonDyze™ is a breakthrough in Type II colored and Type III hard anodizing. The advanced ceramic formulation provides the applicator with the ability to color anodize parts AND impart extreme wear, thermal, chemical and corrosion resistance in one simple step.
