Tom has Dyno’d many sets of sets of Harley heads. Typical the H.P. and TQ was @89 H.P. / 90 ft lbs TQ before coating. After coating he will see 95 H.P. / 96 ft lbs of TQ and in some cases even as high as 104 H.P. / 107 ft lbs of TQ. This is achieved with mild street cams. These are on Electra Glide touring bikes. The coatings give reliable performance day in and day out for thousands and thousands of miles, according to Tom.

We would like to remind everyone of the discounts available. We have Retail, Dealer, W/D and high volume discounts available. Retail pricing is used on all items packaged for retail sale, when ordered one unit at a time. A dealer will receive a standard discount off Retail when ordered in case quantities. All Shop only products are priced at Dealer. There is one set of discounts available between Dealer and W/D. Any Dealer order that is over $1000.00 (USD) will receive an additional 10% discount from dealer prices. W/D discounts are available only to Accounts who stock coatings for sale to other Dealers or qualify for high volume pricing on one or more products. Both Dealer, W/D and High Volume priced orders will be shipped ground freight paid (within the 48 contiguous States) if after all discounts the invoice remains above $1000.00 (net). The discounts apply only to standard products.

LTC™

LTC™ is an extremely effective clear top coat for applications under 500f. It requires no surface prep beyond degreasing. It can be applied by spray or simply by wiping it on. The extremely thin film created is very durable and is easy to clean. LTC™ can be applied over any clean dry surface. LTC™ works on polished aluminum, stainless steel or even plastic surfaces. Dry to the touch in 1 hour and cures to normal use in 24 hours. Not affected, after a full cure (which takes up to 7 days), by most chemicals. LTC™ is UV resistant and has excellent corrosion resistance as well. A hard durable finish that is excellent for clear coating polished wheels. One account tried to remove the coating to see how durable it was and found that the normal strippers they used had no effect. It took 10 hours of polishing to remove the coating. They like it. Available in Quarts and Gallons.
