CilGen Brilliance™

The Brilliance line is now available. The Colors are sold as a kit or as individual part numbers. The ”kit” will contain 5 colors ready to be added to CilGen LTC. These colored additives come in a handy eye dropper style container so just the right amount can be added to the clear. In addition the colors can be mixed to create a full range of colors. In addition to Black, (Black Chrome) there will be Red, Blue, Copper (Orange) and Gold (yellow). The Red and Blue can be mixed for shades of Purple; Yellow and Blue for Green, etc. The Yellow becomes a brilliant Gold when applied over the required reflective surfaces. The Orange becomes a bright Copper.

The colors can be applied over any reflective surface; Chrome, polished Aluminum, polished Stainless Steel, or any bright reflective metal. In addition it can be applied over flash chromed plastic and even flash chromed tape. The colors can be varied as to depth of color desired by simply adding additional coats of material. Coating as a final step with LTC for excellent chemical and UV protection, is required.

There is nothing on the market like CilGen Brilliance™ and it requires NO baking. Just spray the needed coats for the colored effect you desire and let air cure. CilGen Brilliance™ is unaffected by virtually any chemical used in an automotive environment.

CilGen LTC™

Tired of polishing your chrome or aluminum components such as manifolds, wheels, valve covers and many other parts? Apply CilGen LTC™, let air cure and say goodbye to the regular chore normally associated with keeping parts looking bright Cleans by simply wiping down with a damp rag in almost all conditions will remove any dust, dirt, grime or any other material. Paint and other chemicals that may get on the part will either wipe of with a damp rag or in extreme cases with a solvent like acetone, without affecting the finish.

FRC

Fire Retardant Coating.

We have been advised by NHRA that all Fuel Funny Cars must have an SFI approved Fire Retardant coating by the Denver race this year. Unless we have our current material approved by SFI by that race NHRA advises us that only a coating that has been certified to the SFI spec may be on a car. We do not yet know if our material will be certified by that time as we just received the notification and application forms. Existing stock of our coating will NOT be sold until certification is received. FRC is NOT currently SFI approved. Alcohol Funny Cars are not required to have a SFI approved material until 2009 according to the information we have received from NHRA. We recommend that all competitors verify the status of their coating, regardless of the source and use only an SFI approved coating
